Frank McGuigan - President, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McGuigan brings more than 15 years of logistics experience in executive leadership, sales, and operations to SCO Logistics. Mr. McGuigan has spent the last decade successfully developing and implementing value-based, logistics solutions across the supply chain for Fortune 500 companies. In addition to the executive leadership and responsibilities necessary to running a high growth company, Mr. McGuigan remains active in the areas of commercial leadership and account management.
Mr. McGuigan joined SCO Logistics in August of 2006 after spending eight years with Penske Logistics in various roles including, most recently, Vice President of Sales. Mr. McGuigan is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy with a degree in Transportation and Logistics with graduate work completed at the Pennsylvania State University.
Tom Wengrowski - Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wengrowski brings over 10 years of logistics and transportation management experience to SCO Logistics. His experiences include managing asset based facilities and operations in addition to 3rd party transportation solutions. Tom has held management roles with respect to supply chains with transportation spends in excess of $1 Billion in annually. These roles have included operations, carrier management, transportation sourcing, implementations, and cost-down projects.
Mr. Wengrowski joins SCO Logistics after having spent 7 years with Penske Logistics in various management roles including, most recently, General Manger of Transportation Management Services where he oversaw both a multi-client logistics center as well as key national accounts. Tom holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Masters Degree from Central Michigan.
Sreelatha Surendranathan - Vice President of Technology
Ms. Surendranathan is responsible for the TMS architecture, product technology and solutions. In this role, Ms. Surendranathan works with the sales organization to understand and support customer requirements and thereby lead the product development group in the design of the TMS features required to support it.
Ms. Surendranathan brings over 15 years of IT implementation and leadership experience, the last seven of which were in the transportation planning and execution domain. Prior to this, Ms. Surendranathan was the co-founder and director of SoftwareMinds, a technology consulting company that focused on CORBA solutions for the telecommunication industry. Ms. Surendranathan is a seasoned software professional and a strong proponent of agile software development methods.
Bob Morlino - Senior Director of Operations
Mr. Morlino has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership in the area of logistics and operations management and is responsible for the day to day management of all of SCO Logistics' transportation execution processes.
Before assuming the responsibility for his current role, Mr. Morlino worked as an operations leader for Exel Logistics and was the Executive Vice President of Operations for Matlack, Systems Inc.
Greg Korte - Senior Director of Client Implementations
Mr. Korte has over 15 years of experience in logistics and operations management and is responsible for all project implementations for new and existing customers. Before assuming the responsibility of his current role, Mr. Korte served as Director of Operations for SCO Logistics managing the transportation operations for SCO's customers.
Prior to SCO Logistics, Mr. Korte worked for a regional liquid and dry bulk carrier managing the day to day operations for the North East. Prior to this leadership role, Mr. Korte held positions of increasing responsibility in the area of Operations for Matlack Inc., including the management of an enterprise wide implementation of a transportation and maintenance system.
