SCO’s Rack/Dock scheduling and communications tool provides carriers with the ability to view rack/dock availability and to self-schedule at a loading rack/dock for a pick up.

Shippers may easily configure site locations to assure that non-compatibility, scheduled downtime and private fleet requirements are addressed. Gate personnel responsible for directing the carriers to the appropriate rack/dock locations may print daily, weekly, or monthly rack/dock schedules for review and use.
